Can you please clarify what is meant by “Lock against the Brake Drums (Item 2) and Brake Pads (Item 4)”? Does this statement refer to failure of the parking brake subsystem within the spring brake chamber (item 3) (i.e. not being able to apply the parking brake and park the trailer)? Or, actual corrosion between the brake drum and brake pads causing the axle and wheel to lock?
